L&J Tool and Engineering Works (Pty) Ltd. was founded in 1979. From inception, the company has grown steadily and today we occupy our own 7000 sq. metre custom built factory and employ over 120 people.

Our core areas of business are:

• Design and Manufacture of Metal Press Tooling
• Manufacture of Pressed Metal Components for the Automotive and Allied Industries
• Welding, Sub Assembly and E-Coating of Metal Pressed Components

As a supplier to the automotive industry, our business processes are aligned to the stringent requirements of our customers and our management systems ensure we meet requirements from initial enquiry through product realisation and just in time delivery to the customer.

L & J Welcomes:

	Terry Knott Terry joined LJ Tools in September 2010 in the capacity of Production Manager. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with 28 years of Automotive experience. Terry will head up the ISO 14001 project team and drive production improvements.
	Caelie Fontbin Caelie joined the company in March 2011 in the capacity of Accounts Assistant. Caelie has a B Com degree and is currently studying towards her CIMA
	Jeanette Hawker Jeanette joined LJ Tools in March 2011 in the capacity of Accountant. She has a B Com degree and with her previous experience will add value to the Finance Department.
