Based on a foundation of Standardised Work, PDCA and Continuous Improvement principles, our Management System is implemented throughout the business and includes all processes to ensure quality, health and safety. Environmental and sound business practice requirements are met.

Our Quality Management system is compliant to SAN/ISO 9001:2015 and our OEM automotive customer specific requirements.

Managing health and safety issues is of paramount importance to us and we continue to implement first in-class measures augmented by PDCA processes to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers.

Our Environmental Management System is in the process of being upgraded to comply with the requirements of SAN/ISO 14001:2015 for assessment and certification within 2018 for full incorporation into our Management System.

To ensure continual steady supply to our customers, we identify and manage potential risks by utilizing realistic proven contingency planning and the management of critical components such as the availability of key resources, spares, machinery and capacity.
