Assembly

Our Assembly Department is where precision meets performance. Skilled technicians use specialized tooling and ergonomic workstations to bring components together accurately, ensuring every product meets strict quality, functional, and appearance standards. The line handles both high-volume production and specialized runs, supported by real-time monitoring and continuous improvement.

Robotic Welding

Our cutting-edge robotic welding systems combine speed, precision, and consistency for high-volume and complex assemblies.

Key Highlights:

• 11 robotic spot weld cells and 13 robotic CO² weld cells

• Dedicated lines: Rear bumper welding line and ALC 3.5 cell

• Auto tip dressing and tip change for repeatable weld quality

• Pick-and-place systems streamline part handling and boost throughput

• Regular calibration and preventative maintenance for optimal performance

• Reduces cycle times and minimizes operator exposure to hazardous tasks

Our Semi-automated E-Coat facility delivers consistent, high-quality corrosion protection and surface finishing across a wide range of components.
